Cargo supports third-party embeds for Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo, YouTube, and Bandsintown (Learn more about embedding Videos), as well as any 
<iframe>
 -based embed code.

You can paste embed codes directly into the page you are editing, or in the Code View (via the Formatting Toolbar).
